As a former fertility patient, advocacy professional and legislative staffer in the Massachusetts State House, Kate’s skills help drive the guiding principles of Fertility Within Reach. She currently serves as the Administrative Director for the Center For Early Relationship Support at the Jewish Family and Children’s Service. Since August of 2009, she has focused her efforts on community building around family-related issues. She holds a BSW from Skidmore College and a MPA from UMASS Boston.
While Kate’s attempts at building her family were successful, she is quick to acknowledge the stress and emotions that compound the process. Her respect for the pressure placed on those pursuing fertility treatment serve as the catalyst for her involvement with Fertility Within Reach.
